I grew up in Chicago by way of the Southwest, and food has always been my way of connecting — with my surroundings, with community, and with myself. I originally launched sauté + rosé as a recipe journal, but over time it’s become a space for cooking, gathering, and sharing what makes life feel a little more vibrant.
Along the way, I spent a few years on the West Coast working in fitness and community-building, a chapter that shaped how I think about energy, balance, and creating memorable experiences. Those same instincts now guide what I bring to sauté + rosé.
I’m drawn to recipes that feel both elevated and approachable — bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and just enough indulgence. For me, cooking isn’t just about food, but about creating moments around the table, whether it’s a cozy dinner for two or a brunch with friends.
Outside the kitchen, my partner and I love exploring — new restaurants, hidden corners of the city, and anywhere that inspires us to slow down and savor.
Pull up a chair, pour a glass, and stay awhile — I’m so glad you’re here.
